Shipping and returns

Shipping

Most orders are dispatched within two business days of being placed. Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you when the carrier collects the parcel. We offer free shipping in the United States on every order, and we ship only to United States addresses.

Now and then an order takes longer, for example because of a carrier backlog, severe weather or a payment or address check. Our Terms allow up to ten business days for dispatch to cover those cases. If yours will take longer than that, we email you.

Returns

You may return a product within 30 days of it shipping. Email support@bloodbalancedeal.com and we will tell you where to send it. Refunds are processed within two business days of the product arriving back with us, and your bank then takes three to ten days to show it.

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us and we will put it right.
